Oxygen Therapy
This course is designed to enhance the skills of Healthcare professionals and Occupational First Aid providers, by teaching them the skills to set up and deliver oxygen in an emergency situation.
Oxygen administration is useful for any patient who does not appear to be adequately perfused or not maintaining sufficient oxygen levels. The course is ideally suited to large companies, Hotels, leisure centres & outdoor pursuits centres.
This comprehensive course is available only to Cardiac First Responders and above and is designed to teach about the safe use, storage, handling and delivery of oxygen. Participants will learn how to use oxygen both in a medical/trauma and in resuscitation. The use of suction will also be part of the course. All participants receive comprehensive notes and MSDS from BOC Gases.
